The Iran deal - a victory for Israel by Jay Knott (11/24/13)
Israel is playing a clever game. By pretending to be upset about the deal between the USA and its allies and the Iranian government, it makes it look like it lost. But look at the details - it represents a setback for Iran's nuclear program, while Israel's weapons remain untouched.
As the soft Zionist organization "J Street" put it:
"J Street welcomes the agreement reached today in Geneva by the P5+1 and Iran as a significant first step in efforts to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon…"
