EDL and anti-fascists clash in Bradford, UK by Jay Knott (08/28/10) ⇌ (Irony)
'Violence broke out shortly before 2pm as chanting EDL supporters began throwing missiles towards Asian youngsters and anti-fascist activists who had been taunting them with shouts of "Nazi scum off our streets".'
First off, you shouldn't shout 'scum' at anyone. Secondly, they are no more 'our' streets than they are 'their' streets.
A confession: I once helped stop a far-right group from meeting in Bradford, which is in Yorkshire, the most backward part of England. Even then, they weren't 'Nazis'. The far right in Britain is further away now from National Socialism than it was then. But its much closer to Zionism. But anti-fascists still call them 'Nazis'. Can you imagine them shouting 'Zionist scum off our streets'? No, because, although it would be more accurate, it would offend Jewish supremacists rather than European ones. Further evidence of the left's bias.
