Kagan wins first case in Supreme Court - guess what it's about by Jay Knott (06/22/10)       ⇌ (Israel and the US)

The new Supreme, Elena Kagan, has won a case making it illegal to give advice, including legal assistance and information on conflict resolution, to groups designated 'terrorist'. So Hillary Clinton's heroic intervention to resolve the conflict in Northern Ireland could get her locked up.

Of course, it would be anti-semitic to mention Elena Kagan's ethnicity.

The Supreme Court still defends the interests of the white male slaveowners who founded it.

It's not just aimed at preventing American citizens giving non-violent aid to Israel's opponents.

After all, the ruling prohibits giving advice to the Khmer Rouge as well as Hamas.

No doubt many Americans were about to give advice on conflict resolution to the Khmer Rouge.
